These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Perday mobile application ("App") operated by Preface Studios Plus ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Perday is a productivity tool designed for freelancers and independent professionals. It helps you log daily work, track projects, record payments, manage TDS/tax summaries, and generate invoices.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
The App is available to users of all ages. If you are under 18, you should have the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using the App. We do not knowingly target the App at children under 13.
The App does not require you to create a traditional login account. During setup, you provide your name, email, and phone number — these are stored on our server to manage your account and trial period. All your financial data (projects, work logs, payments, invoices) is stored locally on your device. If cloud sync features are introduced in the future, they will require your explicit consent before any financial data leaves your device.
You may use the App for your personal or professional productivity purposes. You agree not to:
All content, design, code, graphics, and branding in the App are owned by Preface Studios Plus and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. The Perday name, Perday brand, and associated logos are our trademarks.
You retain full ownership of any data you enter into the App, including project details, work logs, payment records, and invoices. Your financial data is stored locally on your device — we cannot access, view, or sell it. We store only your name, email, phone, role, and install date on our server, solely for account management and trial verification. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your local data.
The App offers a free tier with a 3-month trial period. After the trial, certain features require a Premium subscription.
Pricing: ₹269/year or ₹999 lifetime (one-time purchase).
Payment method: All payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). We do not collect or store your payment information directly.
Trial period: You get 3 months of free access to all features from the date of installation. After the trial, free users retain access to basic templates and the 3 most recent invoices.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Preface Studios Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The App is a productivity and record-keeping tool. It does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying all calculations and consulting qualified professionals for tax filing, legal compliance, or financial decisions.
Since the App does not require accounts, there is no account to suspend. However, we reserve the right to revoke access to Premium features if we detect misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. We may also discontinue the App or any feature at any time with reasonable notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
